Innovatus was engaged to provide in-depth advisory on the UI/UX requirements for ADP, later renamed ADM. Our scope included creating wireframes and architectural sketches, designing unique screens, and developing an interactive prototype to enhance the platform’s user experience, look, and feel. We conducted comprehensive UX research to inform the design direction, followed by detailed analysis to set clear goals and refine the platform’s architecture. Innovatus provided guidance on wireframing for buyer and seller interfaces, clickable design of primary pages, and a style guide aligning with the brand essence. The project concluded with advisory on prototyping, usability testing, and ensuring all implemented designs met ADM’s strategic and thematic objectives
